Visentry Legal
Terms of Use
These terms apply to every user who accesses or uses the Visentry platform.
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This document provides general information and draft contract terms. Your enterprise agreement may contain different provisions.
1. Scope and acceptance
Visentry is an enterprise security platform for managing camera sources, live monitoring, face matching, alerts and events, reporting, and supported third-party integrations.
By accessing the platform, you accept these terms. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. If the parties have signed an order form or enterprise agreement, that document controls in the event of a conflict.
2. Accounts and authorization
User accounts are created through an identity provider and restricted by role-based permissions. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials, reporting unauthorized use promptly, and using their account only for authorized purposes.
Organization administrators are responsible for creating users, assigning roles, removing access, and ensuring the lawful use of data within their workspaces.
3. Acceptable use
Visentry may be used only for lawful, specific, and legitimate security purposes.
- Do not process cameras, images, or biometric data without the necessary legal basis and notices.
- Do not monitor unauthorized individuals or use the system for discriminatory, harassing, or rights-infringing decisions.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, reverse engineer the service, upload malicious code, or disrupt its operation.
- Do not use alerts or match results as the sole basis for criminal, disciplinary, or similarly significant decisions without human review.
4. AI outputs
Face matching and event detection produce probabilistic results and may return false positives or false negatives. Camera angle, lighting, image quality, and configuration can affect accuracy.
Critical decisions must be verified by an authorized person, with an appropriate review and appeal process. Visentry does not replace emergency services or human security personnel.
5. Intellectual property and Customer Data
The software, interface, documentation, and related intellectual property belong to Visentry's licensors. The Customer retains its rights in camera streams, person records, photographs, and other organizational data submitted to the platform.
The Customer grants the permissions necessary to process that data during the service term and represents that it has all required rights to do so.
6. Suspension, termination, and liability
Access may be suspended to a reasonable extent in response to a security risk, unlawful use, payment breach, or threat to service integrity. Data return and deletion after termination are governed by the applicable agreement and Data Processing Addendum.
Subject to mandatory law, the platform is provided as is. The scope and limits of each party's liability are set out in the applicable enterprise agreement, if any.
7. Changes and contact
The AI, Camera Use, and Allocation of Responsibility Notice forms an integral part of these terms. We may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. Contact info@autodidactic.com.tr with questions.
